Guide and Policies for Scientific Arbitration Work
Upon joining the arbitration board of the journal, please review the academic and financial regulations governing the work:
First: The contractual and academic framework.
1. Validity of the terms: Electronic review and acceptance of these regulations constitutes a formal work agreement and a binding legal framework between the arbitrating researcher and the university.
2. Academic rank: The applicant for arbitration must hold the rank of Associate Professor or Professor from an accredited university.
3. Academic specialization: Research and studies are assigned to the arbitrator based on the specific specialization recorded in their certificates and academic research.
Second: Technical procedures and timeframes.
1. Digital environment: Research is received and the arbitration process is managed entirely electronically through the academic account designated for the arbitrator via the journal's electronic portal.
2. Response to the arbitration request: The arbitrator is obliged to respond with acceptance or refusal of the arbitration request sent to them within 24 hours from the date of sending.
3. *Review period: The journal has set a maximum period of (15) days to complete the research arbitration process and submit the comprehensive scientific report via the platform.
Third: Rewards and financial policies.
1. Reference arbitration fee: The arbitration reward has been set at (190) Saudi Riyals per research, provided that the research does not exceed (30) pages in length.
2. Payment mechanism: Financial entitlements are transferred to the arbitrator's bank account immediately upon the final approval of the arbitration report by the editorial board.
3. Bank fees: The arbitrator bears the costs of international bank transfers if they exceed (10) Saudi Riyals.
