The operational plan is a key piece of the puzzle
The ACADEMION International Training Institute launched its operational plan for the year 2022 on Wednesday, September 24, 2021, stemming from its noble mission to equip trainees with knowledge, skills, and continuous training to keep up with scientific developments, and to enhance and improve their professional and practical performance, through a systematic training approach based on scientific foundations that offers the latest training programs using the latest methods and techniques, which work to meet the necessary needs to improve work outputs through distance education with registered training programs.
The operational plan of the ACADEMION International Training Institute includes the institute's vision and mission for which it was established, the strategic goals of ACADEMION, as well as the core values and perspectives, the work team's pathways, the ACADEMION ambassadors' pathway, the academic perspective, and the training and meeting perspective, in addition to the timeline for implementation. The operational plan was prepared by Dr. Mishal Al-Muhallawi, the founder of the ACADEMION International Training Institute, under the supervision of Professor Najat Mohammed Al-Sayegh, a member of the advisory board at ACADEMION.
Professor Dr. Najat Mohammed Al-Sayegh mentioned in her talk about the operational plan of ACADEMION: "Praise be to Allah, who said in His Book, "I do not waste the work of any worker among you, whether male or female." Today, the ACADEMION International Institute and the members of the advisory committee celebrate the launch of the operational plan for the institute coinciding with the 91st National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. From here, we extend our congratulations to Dr. Mishal Al-Muhallawi, the founder of the institute, and the members of the advisory committee. I can only say to him that success equals goals, and you have written your goals on paper and placed them before your eyes and pursued them until Allah willed for you to achieve them. Today, the operational plan for the institute is launched to begin its movement. Let me tell you, Dr. Mishal, that teamwork is what helps achieve a shared vision and is a motivation to transform individual achievements into goals. Today, one of the goals of ACADEMION has been achieved after discussions, unifying visions, and determination for success. Dr. Mishal bin Yaseen Al-Muhallawi, the founder of the ACADEMION International Training Institute, clarified about the operational plan that its preparation was based on his personal insightful vision, with close follow-up and supervision and individual effort that cannot be accomplished by a group.
