First: Steps of Scientific Arbitration:

Step One: (Author - Submission of Research):
The researcher (author) submits their research through the ACADEMION International University journal's website via the electronic system designated for receiving research.

Step Two: Initial Review (Technical and Editorial):
The research undergoes an initial review to verify the author's compliance with the publication rules and guidelines. If there are deficiencies or failures in meeting the requirements, the research is returned to the author for completion.

Step Three (Preliminary Scientific Examination):
Upon meeting the formal conditions, the research is presented to the editorial board for an initial evaluation (reading the abstract, conclusion, and general examination of the paper) to assess its suitability for arbitration; if the board finds that the research does not meet the basic criteria, it is returned to the author with reasons for rejection, whereas if it is suitable, it is referred to specialized reviewers.

Step Four (Arbitration):
If the research passes the initial evaluation, it is referred to two specialized reviewers with academic ranks (Associate Professor or higher or equivalent). If it does not pass, it is returned directly to the author with reasons provided.

Step Five (Preferred Reviewer):
If the two reviewers disagree in their decisions, the editorial board favors the more valid opinion, or refers the research to a third reviewer for a final decision.

Step Six (Editor-in-Chief):
Based on the reviewers' reports and the editorial board's opinion, the Editor-in-Chief issues the final decision, which may be:
* Acceptance of the research for publication as is.
* Acceptance of the research for publication after minor revisions, without returning it for arbitration again.
* Acceptance of the research for publication after substantial revisions and re-arbitration.
* Rejection of the research due to its unsuitability for publication.

In the case of final acceptance, the researcher is granted an acceptance letter, and the research is published electronically and assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) number.

Step Seven (Author - Revisions):
If revisions are requested, the author implements them or justifies them, then the research is returned to the reviewers to ensure that their comments have been addressed before it is approved for publication.
